A certified Radon Measurement professional will discuss your situation and will set up an appointment for testing, which will determine if mitigation is needed.



Testing

Short or Long-term testing can take anywhere from 4 days to 1 year depending on what type of testing you need and the reason for testing. All new real estate transactions will require radon testing, which is typically performed with short-term testing and will take anywhere from 4 to 90 days.



Test Results

Test results are then analyzed with with our Radon Measurement Professional or with a certified professionally accredited and certified laboratory. Once the results are finished, you will receive your report for the testing, which will determine if additional testing is needed or if mitigation is warranted in order to occupy the space safely. 



Mitigation Consultation

If mitigation is needed, we will discuss your options and provide solutions with written estimates for the work that will need to be done. Post mitigation testing will then occur 24 hours after the work is completed to assure that the mitigation worked.
